Print on Demand
Over the last 3 years we have been printing clothing on demand for a few companies, deliberately keeping the number of customers we offer it to at a low level. Now have a bigger team, bigger premises, and more capabilities we are taking on more and more. Our direct to garment and vinyl printing capabilities are comprehensive so we should be able to accommodate any design that you have in mind – put us to the test and ask for a sample!
The print on demand process is very simple; after we’ve received your artwork and put it through prepress checks, we’ll print it and ship it direct to your customer, along with any paperwork you send us at the time of ordering. We can add stickers or branding to the packaging or place inserts inside if you wish. Your email address is used to receive the confirmation emails and delivery notifications. Packages are sent using friendly mailing bags and Royal Mail Click and Drop so delivery confirmation will come directly to you.
As a relatively small print on demand printer the bulk of our work is through our own designs sold directly to customers, we specialise in the styles of garments we offer. The blanks we hold in stock are perfect for the vast majority of the work we do, they are excellent quality, tried and tested styles that work, we have been selling then direct to the public for years.
Our stock covers a good range of colours and styles of garments, from baby through to adult. We can offer non personalised and personalised items, although personalised do come at a slightly higher price. We will establish your preferred settings, or your own preferences with print positions and once something is set up, it will be exactly the same every time. If you are considered using a specific blank of course that can be considered but we do have a good range in stock as standard, meaning great prices and quality. Once we have taken an order for a print on demand order we will always aim to dispatch within 5 working days, even at peak trading. Usually we will dispatch within 1-2 days of an order coming in.
